Folloing apps have gone.  Please advice me how fix.  

In 202.58.19.180  200001020  PHP-5.5  and   200001023  spamAV.
                       The server was crashed,  How do I  back the purchase softwares?

In 202.58.18.232  200001025  PHP-5.5 ,  200001026  phpadmin  and  200001027 spamAV.
                       The purchase softwares lost suddenly.   
                       They are disspaled in  "Support Expiry Report" and "Installed Software List".  
                       However they are  not  activate in the server now..  
                       How do I do?

In general terms, you can reinstall purchases even after a server crash and rebuild, without needing to contact us. It just works.

I notice those orders were purchased without support. If you require personal assistance from us, please purchase maintenance renewal from the store and link the renewal to your server for each of the products that you require support for.

How do I  purchase   maintenance renewal   in you   store?
I fond search  the "maintenance" in  you site, but I cannot find it.

Go to the avspam and phpmyadmin items in the store. There is an option to select maintenance renewal. When you purchase this item, it will extend the existing expiry date by 12 months.

Alternatively, you can post to http://forum.compassnetworks.com.au/ and use post your questions there where other members of the community can provide assistance.

I'm sorry I do not understand it.

The "1 year Maintenance renewal" means that I have to purchase another the software. Why?

I've purchased follows;
    200001020 2015.04.19 PHP-5.5 $60.66
   200001023 2015.04.22 spamAV $152.79
with selecting "Current version, No updates. Email support only".

So please tell me where is the "Email support only".

The crashed machine was rebuild with same IP 202.58.18.90,
But there is not links of packages for PHP-5.5 nor spamAV.
They does not appear.

Today the links of packages appeared.

PHP 5.5.22-1 was installed with no error.
However ClamAV  0.98.6-1  appears an error  "install error."

And AV-SPAM 6.0.1-2   appears an error  (English translation)
 "Before you install this software package,
 Please install need to install the [VAR.dep]] package earlier."

So please tell me where is the "Email support only".

The  above  "install error." when installing  ClamAV  0.98.6-1 is follow;   (English translation)

An error has occurred during the confirmation of the package file.
Whether the file is corrupted, correct authentication information could not be obtained. [base-swupdate.notInstalled]]

OK. This is a different question. This error I think is now fixed. The size of the ClamAV package increased, and I needed to increase the memory limit on newlinq.

Regarding support in general - I think there was a german -> english translation issue when Michael created that package. All of our other items in the store say "forum support only". In other words, you should send your support for any EXPIRED items to http://www.compassnetworks.com.au/ for COMMUNITY help. If you want help from Michael or I, your products must not be EXPIRED.

And to answer your other question, no you do not need to "purchase" it again. The price for support is automatically calculated. You can purchase support when you buy a new item, or you can add it later. BUT, please note if you add it later - you the expiry date will be the same. Support renewal adds 365 days to the existing expiry date only.

Your mail came through, which indicates there is no problem with ip connectivity from your location to my server. Both websites are up and working from here. It is possible that something you did triggered dfix or some other protection. My advice is try again tomorrow as all dfix blocks are temporary.
